Making time for employee wellbeing is perhaps most important on your busiest, most hectic days of the work week. That’s why we’ve designed Mindful Moments: 30min mini breaks centered around mindfulness & movement, incorporating different themes & techniques, layering in components of wellbeing.

These sessions start small, but accumulate over time. Gradually, your teams will develop a greater awareness and understanding of their own Health and Wellbeing and build out their own self care tool box.
